With the tragic loss of Piccolo, the Earthly Dragon Balls are permanently gone, leaving the survivors with no way to resurrect their fallen companions. However, a glimmer of hope arises when Krillin remembers that more powerful Dragon Balls exist on Piccolo's distant home world, Planet Namek. Krillin, Gohan, and Bulma fearlessly volunteer to blast off into the depths of outer space aboard an old alien spacecraft to locate them. Unbeknownst to our heroes, a terrifying galactic tyrant named Frieza is already dominating Namek, ruthlessly hunting the Dragon Balls to gain eternal life.
