Return & Refund Policy

Return Eligibility

• Books can be returned within 7 days of delivery if they are damaged, misprinted, or incorrect.
• To initiate a return, email us at support@kitab.com with your order ID and a description of the issue.
• Returned items must be in original condition and unused.

Non-Returnable Items

• eBooks and digital downloads.
• Books marked as “final sale” or discounted as part of clearance offers.

Refund Process

Once your return is received and approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement if they haven’t been shipped. Contact us immediately to request cancellation.

Shipping Costs

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
